Born in Alicante on July 16, 1982. At the age of 12 years, he attended for the first time to solfeggio and clarinet lessons. Three years later he received guitar and harmony lessons from professional guitarist Iván Ballesteros.

By age 17, he began to focus into what definitevely will be his main instrument: his voice, By this stage Rubén explores and studies concepts of oriental techniques based on relaxation without neglecting the lyrical and more familiar culture of european techniques.

From 2000 on, he joined some local bands, but no serious projects came to light, so finally he ends up making his own music.

In 2004 Rubén decides to go solo recording his first compositions on a demo called: Existencia Maldita, with lyrics both in English and Spanish, the songs are based on the misfortune of a vampire... Lord Strigoi, who remains in future compositions. During this period forms his black metal band GOTHMOG and attends to the University of Alicante, joining the university Coral, close to the tenors, where he continues receiving lessons of vocal technique.

In January, 2005 and after a hard test of selection he joined the power metal band DELIRION and recorded a demo set of 3 songs with them.

By October, 2005, Ruben recorded his second solo demo, recording the instruments himself besides the composition work, this demo was released as "Love songs for putrefacts Lovers", a series of very deep songs about love and dislike: "Tears of Pain", "2 seconds to forget your name", "Remember the tragedy" and "Come to me", combining a very powerful and melodic sound with some orchestration. By this time, he begins to think about forming Cain's Dinasty.

In May, 2006 Rubén departures from Delirion to focus into his solo career. One month later is requested temporarily by the band Land Of Mordor as frontman for a series of shows. In August he finally forms his band of Vampiric Heavy metal: Cain's Dinasty.

In June, 2007 Rubén records the first Cain's Dinasty's album (Legacy of Blood) with Fernando Asensi's production and continues with his shows in Spain playing beside bands like Gamma Ray, Metalium, Zarpa, Coz, ect.

In April 2008 he returns to studio to record the first Gothmog album while continues the promotion of Legacy of Blood with Cain's Dinasty.
